My husband and I had an opportunity to stay at The Waters a few weeks ago and I was truly impressed with both the hotel and restaurant. The night manager came out to our car in the torrential downpour with an umbrella to welcome us. That was my first and lasting impression of a memorable stay. Even though we arrived past the closing time for the restaurant, they kept it open for us and thank goodness they did. What a treat! The food was phenomenal. The pork chops were cooked to perfection and the halibut was amazing. The dinner was that good, we decided to look no further the following evening and was not disappointed. Would certainly recommend staying here and would have loved to try their Sunday brunch! Maybe next time. It would be worth the trip.

Not sure which was better, the service or the food!!! I am gluten sensitive and my husband is allergic to shellfish. The host and waitress were very understanding and most helpful. We each thoroughly enjoyed a brussel salad (small but mighty) and shared the Pork Al Pastor Board. Both were excellently prepared and yummy! Our waitress was so attentive, she acted as if she’d personally prepared our meal for us. The host also checked back in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant and will return when we are in town again.

We had Sunday brunch here and it was very good. The the decore was very well done and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff was very polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The best restaurant in Hot Springs, hands down!! Everything is a small portion, so try lots and save room for dessert. The cocktails are really unique and delicious!
