This place. Wow! Hot Springs has an Italian hidden gem. Authentic Italian food in every bite. Delicious flavors in every morsel. American sized portions; if you order an appetizer, you may want to split your entree. We brought home lots of food. Will definitely be back. ❤️❤️❤️

The waiter was friendly and took our order in a timely manner after waiting for 45 minutes we asked about our food and was told a few minutes we continued to wait an additional 20 minutes. The issue was the multiple tables coming in after us and getting their food and items we ordered. We then asked for a manager to see where our food was and got the same run around. We ended up asking for our ticket for the items we ate (which was a salad and bread) and they held the door open for us on the way out.

The food was very good, with large portions. We were there for a reception, and they were able to put us away from the main area, for the most part. The decor left much to be desired, being unstylish and outdated. The wait staff was great and very patient with our large group and special requests. I would absolutely rate this restaurant much higher if they have themselves a face lift!

The service is phenomenal. The food is good. We went here for dinner and they had the lights so dim that we needed to use our cell phones to see the menu and sign the receipt. I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive, but I would definitely return for a special occasion dinner. Their complimentary bread is so delicious. Then they served us a complimentary dessert shot. Yum!
