We were visiting Hot Springs AR and after reading reviews of the local restaurants, tried this one based on great reviews and the fact that they claim to make to order/always fresh. Big mistake. I can't imagine how there could be so many good reviews. They get 1 star because the food was hot. The chicken in the Chicken Lo Mein was unrecognizable as chicken. The dish was greasy and had a burnt taste to it. The pork fried rice was greasy and rancid tasting. The egg roll was spongy yet hot, as if it were reheated in the fryer. I've never had to give this bad of a review before. It was in the afternoon when it was slow, there was a lot of cleaning going on and employees eating at a table with food from another restaurant. They were also doing some kitchen prep work from that table. Obviously, I caught them at a bad time but I paid the same for inedible food as others who enjoyed theirs.

Great food and one of our favorites. Eat in or take out. Easy in and out. Quick service and food delivered hot and quickly. A great place for lunch when in a hurry. Large portions. Enjoy.

I love the food (Dragon & Phoenix is my go to after a rough day) and usually a freebie included with larger order $30+ Who else in town offers free food? The "other guys" (rhymes with ooh-man) across town sent me here and they were right: best Chinese take out in Hot springs, hands down!! Make sure to say hi to Johnny when you visit.
