They do their best but only get your order right half the time. You can order the simplest thing on the menu and its still a 50/50 chance its correct. They also don't know the difference between a medium and large or ketchup and ranch but that won't stop them from doing their job, that's not when their busy with something else and leave you waiting to order for 15 minutes then help 4 other people who got there after you. Sad place.

They usually do a good job at fast service especially at the drive thru. My only complaint is that they almost always seem to mess up the sweet teas or burgers. They don't put on the correct condiments or add condiments when you directly say don't. But besides that the servers are usually extremely nice and hospitable. Love the staff

I had the worst experience this morning. I purchased the mix and match bacon and egg cheese biscuit and McGriddle. The McGriddle was very very cold and the bacon on it was very undercooked and barely had any on it. The biscuit was not done and the bacon was very undercooked and barely had any bacon on it.

After being told we didn't need to scan out coupon we were then charged full price. They told us we couldn't scan a coupon because our order included a menu item that was on sale. The manager then repeated what we had in the bag and we said no we ordered this, then she said "oh yeah that's this" and handed it to us. Only the items in the bag were wrong, so we had to turn around and go in to get the sandwiches we ordered... We barely made it to work on time. I've never had an experience like this at McDonald's, won't be going to this location again.
