I, personally, have always been satisfied with the service and quality here. The food is made-to-order... so the people complaining about wait time may be a bit over-anxious.... after all, they are frequently crowded and the only way they could more rapidly prepare food would be to double their staff and prep areas. The problem I do have, after reading the reviews, is that Firehouse has a standard response for every situation that is copy/pasted as a reply. And they ALWAYS claim that it is "not the norm" and FREQUENTLY use it as an opportunity to self-advertise... this is a COMMENTS section, NOT an advertising section.... keep it that way. When the guy above me complained about no military discounts, you should have just owned it.... but no, you have to go into great detail talking about the things you do for the military.... SIGH!!!! Poor form!!! POOR FORM!!!!! Only 4 stars because of the poor form in comments section.

Quick service! Great taste, everytime! One of the best sandwich places around, especially for a chain restaurant.

Excellent food! Though it starts getting busy around 11:15 am for lunch.

I was here when this place originally opened. Great food and great service then. Back in town for the first time in three years and wow, this place has gone downhill. Customer service was non-existent, no one ahead of us and we still waited 15 minutes for two small subs. Only redeeming qualities was the hot sauces we're stocked.

The wait is long but the food is great. Its so much better than Subway so I personally don't mind waiting. The employees are nice and respectful. Will definitely come back again.
