So we placed our order at 6:07pm, we get confirmation that it'll be delivered est 20-30 min....35min goes by, no delivery. So we call to check and was told "uh oh it's been on the way like 20min ago" and was asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. There in the background you can hear the manager say, "what do they want me to do, we only got 2 drivers". Go figure they have no professionalism whatsoever. It reminded me why I never get pizza from here. Common courtesy would be nice & we would be ok with it but, straight off the bat attitude. We ordered through their app & we get that things can cause a delay. But I have never had any issues with Domino's & their apps or delivery time and it's adjusted accordingly to how busy they are ie delivery time. Poor service and attitude is going to push people away.

Such a great place to get some great food! Every employee I have seen at this store is amazing! Everyone is so nice and really friendly. The delivery drivers are always very kind and they take the time to make sure you're happy with your order and everything!

Order is always right and service is great even when they are busy. They could clean the restroom a little more but they still get 5 star from me.

We have had some difficulty with orders that were placed online not being correct, but the store corrects it immediately so we are still quite pleased. Once the online ordering straightens out I'll change to 5 stars.
