I have just kept on trying this place every two months or so because this establishment used to be pretty good about 3-4 years ago, but after today, I do not think I'll ever eat it again. First of all, it always takes a while to arrive, but that's alright, I'll always wait happily if it's for good food. Secondly, the sauces always seem burnt and too oily to taste any seasonings. Thirdly, there's always something missing or rotten. Today was the breaking point though, the shrimp in my fried rice was absolutely putrid and there is absolutely no way I could muster the stomach to eat it and was forced to throw the whole container away. This wasn't barely old either, it tasted/smelled like the shrimp was 5-6 days past expiration.

Used to love this place. We ordered all the time and never had any issues... Until today. I order the #35 lunch special and my husband had the #28.. The same thing we order every time. This time the sauce on both of ours we scorched and burnt! We called and they gave is a replacement and the same thing. Couldn't eat it it was so nasty! So my husband took it back and the lady at the register said "well maybe it's too spicy" after my husband said more than once it was burnt! First off they don't even know what spicy is! You order extra spicy and still have to add some sort of hot sauce or pepper to actually get a taste of "spicy" the lady was very rude and unprofessional and we will NOT be going back. Disgusting!

I used to LOVE this place. Their food was very good, generally delivered hot and fresh, with kind drivers. The last few times I've ordered delivery, they've forgotten little items, a side of rice, an egg roll, no big deal, but frustrating. Last week I ordered an egg foo young with white rice, when it arrived I had no rice. As eating it without the rice is basically an omelet, I called and asked for my white rice to be delivered. I was told they "weren't going to send a delivery driver to my house for free" and I'd have to wait for an order coming my way to get my rice. I was pretty upset, by the time the hour I was told I'd have to wait went by, the food would be cold at best. Told the person on the phone I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore and received a hearty "Ok then!" I went to the store to get my white rice, complained to anyone that would listen, then walked out with my white rice. I ordered $35 to $75 worth of food a week and ALWAYS tipped my driver at least $10 to $15 bucks per delivery. They've lost my business and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them, not for lack of quality, but for a lackadaisical attitude towards accuracy and customer service. Addendum, I'm kind of glad this happened. Ordered Oriental Express and it's fantastic!

This place used to have such good food but it's gone downhill over the years. The last few times I've eaten from there the food has been pretty bland & the veggies are ALWAYS under-cooked. I only ever get egg drop soup now, can't really mess that up.

Ordered over the phone and it turned out to be $21.85, I gave the man 22 dollars and told me “have a good day.” I wouldn’t mind giving him a tip, but don’t expect me to give it to you. Then he tells me he didn’t have change and they didn’t allow it. Then, he tried to make it not a big deal by stating “it’s only like 12 cents.” It’s not bad food just needs improvements on somethings.
