Staff is hardly ever friendly. Watched one girl get me a strawberry lemonade and that was a big mistake. I know it's hot working in a kitchen but she had sweat DRIPPING DOWN INTO MY DRINK!!! So I don't even know if the strawberry lemonade is good or not because it went directly in the trash. The drive through is set up all wrong.

This was the worst experience at any Wendy’s location I’ve been to. As we were leaving town for our 5 hour drive home, we went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 meals, mine was the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with medium fries. As we headed down the road, we all ate our fries first, then I opened my sandwich and there was 2 huge mold spots on the bottom bun. I immediately called the store and told them, they suggested I bring it back, they would make it right. I was already 20 minutes down the road. I was not turning around. I told the manager she needed to check her stock. And of course I lost my appetite. NEVER AGAIN. I will be calling corporate.

I am reviewing the Wendy’s on Southwest Drive by Cash Savers. I seldom review anything, but something has to be done. We arrive and just walking to the door the sidewalks were nasty and smelled of old grease. Then you go inside and immediately you realize they have an a/c issue. The dining room smells like (and pardon me as I’m at a loss for proper words to describe these smells) but it smelled like a gym locker or week old soured sweaty gym clothes and feet. You manage to order and this idea of a soda machine that delivers over 100 different flavors of soda thri one tube is nasty and so was the machine. So after lunch I have to use the restroom “Gasp” immediately it smelled as though they mopped the floors with pure urine. As I’m in my stall I realize there is feces on the walls and door. Mind you this was yesterday!! I wish someone would follow up on this daily. The health inspector needs called. That place is a breading ground for all kinds of disgusting fecal and urine related illnesses. Managers make sure your bathrooms are being cleaned several times daily and with correct chemicals. The same for your condement area and fountain drink machine and more than once daily. Your carpets need thrown out or prof cleaned and all surfaces (windows tops etc need cleaned to remove odors and germs) and finally you need to have your parking lot and sidewalks to the entrances and around the drive thru prof cleaned......or just close. So so nasty. The staff yesterday was ok. My hamburger was like soup it had so much ketchup mayo on it.

Enjoyed a quick meal and drink. The young lady at the drive-through had a great personality and cheerful mood. I couldn't help but smile with her happy mood.
