Rally's is losing there touch! I remember when their meat was seasoned and juicy. That alone set them apart from the other fast food places. Now their rushed and taste like cardboard, dry! I try to go there only for the ice cream. The fries are too greasy and never seem to be fresh and hot.

I went inside with a guest to order. My guest asked for the bathroom key & was told bathroom was locked & he couldn't use it. Now I told him we were in line to order & I asked if guests could use restroom. I was told No bathroom was locked during lunchtime. We left & went across street to McDonald's where my guest could use restroom while I ordered lunch. You lost a dedicated customer that day. Haven't been back since.

Loving the menu, affordability and they deliver to your door..I had the 2 for $5 Bacon Roadhouse Burgers...loaded fries..and my first Oreo fudge milkshake....all under $ 10.. and I'll make 3 meals out of it!!!..

Racist against white & native American,. We stiod there for 6 minutes, and just got stared at,. No acknowledge, no greeting. But the manager was nice enough to tell us she isn't waiting on us because she was off work.

Waited at the curb for my food for 20 minutes, finally went in and they had stuck my order on the shelf. Each person was like I thought he took it out, I thought she took it out. Hello! Nobody took it out! I really like the food though. Conflicted.
