Always a pleasure to come in this location. Even when crowded, there's never a long wait. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is very nice. The manager even remembered my name. Most of the time, everything is clean. Great atmosphere. Parking sucks tho, but it comes with the busy downtown location.

I have to say out of the 5 or 6 fast food hamburger places Wendy's is my favorite. It is my favorite because my Burgers are always cook fresh. the beef actually taste like beef and looks like beef. I always get good fresh vegetables on my burger. For the most part 9 out of 10 Wendy's when I walk in are very clean the tables aren't filled with trash the store itself is clean it doesn't have stuff all over the floor the floors are not sticky or tacky. I'm not crazy about their fresh cut fries I preferred the old Wendy's fries to the new ones but that's easily solved I just get a baked potato instead of the French fries or a side salad. I live in Arkansas so most all the windies are owned by the same franchise and they do a very good job.

Same quality you'd expect from Wendy's. Service was fine, but I dined in and ordered a frosty with my meal and they made it first and sat it on the counter without a lid where people were coming up and ordering, breathing over it.
