I visited this location around 6:30 am because they are one of a handful of restaurants open. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit as well as a 2 pack of cinnamon raisin biscuits. I was told that there would be a 5 minute wait for the cinnamon raisin biscuits. I told them that I would wait. The worker asked me several times if I was sure as if she was trying to talk me out of it. I'd received hard cinnamon raisin biscuits in the past so I was determined to get a fresh order. After paying I was asked to pull up a bit and my order would be brought out. Couple minutes later my food is given to me and I drive away. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was fantastic, it didn't even need jelly. The raisin biscuits, however, were so hard that I couldn't even cut them with a plastic knife. Why was I asked to wait for biscuits that clearly weren't fresh?! I like the convenience of this location, so please resolve this!

I visited this place of business on my lunch today about 20 minutes ago and wanted to order some fries to go with my meal. But decided not to when I watched a Drive Thru employee put her hand inside of the Fry Bin and pick up a handful of fries and put them in her mouth. No she did not wash her hands or have gloves on. She went back to fixing orders. That is unsanitary, nasty and very unprofessional. Oh and no name tags. Will not return to this place of business.

Can't beat a Frisco burger when craving fast food! Love me some Hardee's!

Food was decent, kinda pricey for fast food that isn't so fast. Customer service sucked

Went in there and it was empty but it still took around 10 minutes to get my burger and fries. The soda machine was filthy and they didn't have any tea. Though I brought a combo meal I had to get my drink from the gas station attached to it.
