We made an order for delivery and waited two hours. After this time we called and was told that they had now stopped delivering for the evening and we could come pick up the order. It was pointed out that TWO hours ago when the order was made they were still delivering and maybe should of considered sending out the food then. The person on the phone wasn't bothered in the least and hung up. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this awful customer service and eat absolutely anywhere else. We saw all the bad reviews and thought maybe people were overreacting but they are definitely not. Edit: the delivery guy knocked on the door just as we were leaving and explained that the dispatch number treats people like that all the time. He was apologetic about the wait and said a complaint would be filled against the dispatch. It sounds like our complainant is not with this location.

Not bad. Took longer than expected, but the personal pan was good.

Food took forever to prepare. Ordered two pizzas and wings. The two pizzas were ready but they forgot the wings. The wings were sitting and when asked they gave wings from a basket that had got cold. They told us we could get wings on another day when called to get the wings after a tweenty min conversation they had no note of it.

Ordered delivery. Loved it! Fast, friendly and very tasty! Don't believe all the reviews, something is changing.

Never delivered the pizzas we ordered. Happened twice in 2 weeks. Called for a manager and was told that they couldn't get a hold of the delivery person and didn't know what else to tell us.
