The staff are very friendly and professional. I am in often recognized and greeted me by name. There is no fuss to customize an order. The staff communicate to make sure my orders prepared correctly, and follow up to make sure customers are satisfied. Staff often take the time to walk around the dining room to make sure customers are happy and don't need anything. The food is generally will prepared. The restaurant is also very clean. I go out of my way to this location even though there is another Wendy's store closer and more convenient to my office because of the great experience.

Chicken nuggets. Dozens of them. I loved them. I have hit the nuggets at a lot of places, but Wendy's nuggets are fantastic.

Some of the other reviews are spot on. Service here is slow, even without a lot of customers, and there is always one lady taking orders up front constantly yelling at all the other employees preparing the food. Watch out for the enormous pothole that has opened up right in the middle of the parking lot driving lane on the right side of the building. This Wendy's badly needs renovated. The nearby Burger King and McDonald's recently got renovated, so hopefully this one is next.

Just got done ordering lunch had a large chili and a baked potato. The drink machine at this location was in constant maintenance and no one would take the time to fix it. Customer after customer was asking for drinks. They were charging for drinks but not service in the machine. Multiple customers were complaining. The chili and the potato were good but I would love to have been able to have something to drink to go along with it. The service at this location is often extremely slow whether you visit the drive-thru or go inside. If you do choose to go inside you have one lady that works the counter while yelling at the other employees on how to do their job. It seems this location need some serious help but it comes to organization of this establishment. This is one reason for rating this location with one star. Also in the man's bathroom there is no stall door around the toilet area. In my opinion this location needs to be bulldozed to the ground and rebuilt from the ground up. This location could also use a serious redesign on how traffic Flows In and Out of the establishment. Oftentimes at this location when cars are pulling onto Broadway you almost see multiple wrecks daily.
