Our experience with this pizza hut was amazing. It is a lot better than ours. My husband had no problems ordering over the phone. The lady who took his order was very patience and thoughtful. Our order was delivered right on time. The order was correct, which does not happen at ours. The gentleman who delivered our order was nice and mannerly. We will recommend this pizza hut. Will also use it again when we are in lonoke.

This is my third time dining in for the buffet, I will say the only thing that brings me back is the hot and fresh pizza and pasta was amazing. Shout out to the cook!!! The service however could use some training not one time did the server pick up my dishes or fill our drinks I had to remove them myself and place on the cart. I still left a tip but my greatest tip would be to train your servers to be more helpful. Thanks

This place is horrible now. It always has been and most likely always will be. The waitresses here are very bad at their jobs. When I worked here, everything was clean and we did our jobs as fast and efficiently as we could. The floors were clean, the dining room was clean, the buffet was clean, the windows were clean, the bathrooms were clean, everything was clean. Now everything is so nasty and poorly done. Either they need new management or they just need to shut this place down and build something that will actually last.

This has to be the nastiest Pizza Hut with the nastiest employees ever. I went in to pick up my pizza that was called in and supposedly would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later my pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven and there were 5 employees standing around talking. The manager says, “I have to put his pizza in the oven.” He put the pizza in the oven prepare another with unwashed hands. The delivery drivers comes in the door and goes to the oven to remove pizzas and never washes his hands. A employee goes over to a wing container takes out a wing and eats it and then goes to prepare a pizza with his nasty hands and in between topping the pizza he continues to pull up his pants. This place is disgusting.

This place is awful!! The salad bar had dried and rotten vegetables on it. We were halfway done eating before she even came to ask what we were drinking. We had to get our own silverware and had to go to the front to ask for a straw.
