I have eaten at this Burger King a few times (with similar results) and because they were "new", I thought it was probably a learning curve and they would get better. They are no longer new and they have continued to disappoint. I went by this morning and I was the only car in the drive through and the only car in the parking lot (other than the 2 employees inside). It took 10 minutes and they still didn't get my order right (no special order, just a #4 with a Sweet Tea). I can understand if it is rush hour and you are packed, but I was the only customer. . . . that should have told me something.

We're so glad to have a BK in town now! It's gonna take a while for it to get a good crew of workers who can work fast and turn out the food. Right now they are a little slow, but the food is better than when it opened. And the one burger maker that was on duty last night got my custom order right-- big improvement! LOL! The inside was VERY clean. Even the drinks station was Super clean! I hate to see a nasty cold drinks station. This one was very clean without spills or over runs, straw wrappers scattered around, etc. This station, as you can see from the photo is clean! The fries and onion rings were both hot and delicious. The burgers had gotten cold waiting for the fries and onion rings to get done. So, we nuked the burgers after we got home- at least everything was right! They'll get to be a great BK I have faith and time!

They're food is great and the building is great! They're just super slow. I've waited at least twenty minutes before for a large Dr. Pepper. That's way too long! But they have great burgers. My fav is the Bacon King Cheese Burger. Greatness.

My review is not to bash or down grade, it is a fairly new facility, my review is for someone to see from hopefully higher up and get some things changed!! We have never been there that it wasn't being ran/operated by a bunch of kids that are Not properly trained to work food service or in the public. The service is extremely slow and i can count all but one time that our orders have been wrong. The kids that run the drive thru have absolutely no people skills and have no idea how to handle a problem or address anything that may be wrong. Our little town definitely needs this business but this business is going to fail if things don't change!
