Ordered a deal box and extra cheese and peppers at 8:25pm. They said it would be delivered in 25-30 minutes. When i called at 9:15 to find out about where it was they couldnt find my order. Needless to say i have my online order and email and text messages. Finally after being put on hold for 14 minutes they told me it was on its way. At 9:45 pm i got my pizza and no cheese and peppers. They told me id get a discount and credit my account in 3-5 days. Today is the 5th day and nothing. Id better get my discount and it better be more than $2.00.

Avoid this store. They are penny pinchers. I order my last pizza from them ever recently. You get more toppings and cheese in a lunchable than they do here. The stuff crust pizza is a big joke. I will be taking my business down the road to dominos. The pizzas are night and day better there.

Worst pizza hut place. Takes 10 min to talk to a manager and for them to hang up? Unacceptable. I will not order from here ever again.

Awful. Arrived at the store to pick up my order and I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes while every employee in the back just looked at me and said absolutely nothing even though I was saying, “Excuse me!” They weren’t even busy. A couple were washing dishes and the other two were literally just walking around in the kitchen. I then called the store so I could tell whoever answered that I was waiting up front. No one answered the phone. The call was automatically sent to the Pizza Hut call center and I told them what happened. The guy had to call the manager of the Lowell location and tell her that she had customers up front. She came up front and was very unapologetic and offered $2 off the purchase but I refused to pay and just walked out. I didn’t even want the pizza anymore because it was no longer fresh.
