Came in and other customers were waiting but no one at the counter. One employee sitting at the booth closest to the counter that never acknowledged the line. Customers in front of us even called hello around corner to the back. After waiting we were about to walk out when someone finally came around the corner to take the order, no explanation of busy or short staffed or apology for wait just a "Can I help you?" The food took forever to come out. It was decent, but nowhere near worth the wait.

What to say?! WHAT A BURGER! I love the people and the quality of food of this famous Texas Burger franchise. Always a great stop for a quick meal and friendly smiles. Only suggestion, keep an eye on your fries. They sometimes arrive a bit on the cool side. Ask for fresh when ordering solves this every time.

Love me some Whataburger! There are none in my area so it was quite a treat to eat at one while we vacationed in Arkansas. Great service and awesome food

From Coloradoâ¤ï¸ Had a wonderful time here last weekend. The food AND desserts was tasty and the staff were very sweet and brought the tray of additional if wanted. I really enjoyed my evening there. Thank you

I don't understand how this location continues to fail at fast food. After almost an hour wasted, no food, except for a 12$ coke. The line of pissed off customers should have been a warning sigh!
