In my opinion Pei Wei is equal to Chinese McDonald's. Like they open up a bottle of sauce and drown meat and noodles. This is the fakest Chinese food I've ever eaten. Taste better if you try to make it at home with a can of sauce. We tried 3 different dishes while we were there. Ended up putting them in a to-go box. We might be able to eat them later. No no one went for the leftovers. We will never go back to the Chinese McDonald's again.

Delicious food even though it is a chain. Atmosphere is chill and casual but also a bit nice casual. Pretty good for a chain restaurant.

I have seen a few people state that they will not go back, or are very frustrated with the fact that they went a couple of times and it was closed. Personally, I think people need to think a bit more outwardly and understand that they are/were going through new management and a new staff. This presented issues with them being able to support the amount of peple coming druing lunch hours, as they had to first fill the new staffing needs, then train all of them. It would be worse for them to try to serve and fail miserably, with a house full of hungry customers. This place is top notch, IMO. Most every time, the servers are very nice, and the food is always fresh, and on point, from my experiences. I just left and the lady who checked me helped me out, when I had made an error in judgment ordering through the online app. She could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Always love eating lunch at Pei Wei. Tasty options for a great price. The lettuce wrasps and honey seared shrimp are delicious. Love that they always send weekly discounts, as well!
