Warm and cozy family dinner environment. Great food and drink selection.

Been to this place several times over the years. Solid Italian food and cool layout where you can see the kitchen well. 4-star because last time I went the service was a little slow and there were some little things that made the experience feel like it didn't justify the moderate price of the food. For example, the table I sat at had visible wear and tear and obviously needed to be replaced. I'm usually not picky about things like that but for a restaurant that is positioned as a nicer Italian restaurant they could do better.

If I could select 0 stars, I would have. We have eaten at Carrabba's several times; however, last Sunday's experience will be out last. There was something terribly wrong with the pasta that my daughter and I received. In fact, it smelled chemically bad -- not just spoiled. I told our server, who replaced it with a similar pasta. It was still the same. The two of us could not eat our meal at all!! The manager did not even come to the table, nor was any adjustment made to our check!! Ridiculous!! To top it off, my son had a slightly different pasta, but his didn't smell quite as bad, and, being a teenage boy, ate about half of it. He subsequently came down with food poisoning!! He was extremely sick!! I sent an email to Carrabba's, explaining our experience, and did not receive a response at all. I'm very disappointed. I will never be back.

Service was excellent. Food was great And it didn't take a long time to get the food.

Food was excellent, service could have been a bit better. Server kept saying “I’ll be right back with x,” and then forgetting to come back with whatever it was we needed.
