I don't like giving bad reviews, but I must be honest. There are just a few things that this restaurant could improve upon. First, I must mention that the workers are rude most of the time. I believe if they were friendlier, people would truly appreciate this business more and respect it enough to continue coming back. Secondly, I've noticed that the food is good, but it isn't as good as it used to be. That is really disappointing to me because I used to take pleasure in telling people from out of town about the amazing chicken served at Chick-A-Dilly. Now I am hesitant to recommend others to this restaurant. I believe that a few changes to the atmosphere of this place would change it for the better.

Love the food! But employees don't seem to care that the line is wrapped around the building twice. 😰
