Food was good. Customer Service was good. As I walked in the door knew something was wrong. The floor was very slippery. It was like there was grease on the floor. This is the first time this has ever been like this. So I went to the Restroom, crab the door to the stall to shut it & the handle was greasy. I have never. Malvern McDonald's is usually better than this.

Stopping here for breakfast is always a great option but late night (anytime after 8:30, especially on sundays) it seems to be down hill, several times in a row food has been cold, thrown in the bag, long wait times and just tasted unpleasant after a certain time. However the employees are always pleasant and very kind!

On a Friday evening, March 16, 2018, I was in drive thru behind a black pickup with Texas tags. I heard the driver being rude to the young lady who took her money. The truck then drove up to the pickup window. Ten minutes later no one had moved at all, the pickup's passenger doors were all open with two passengers outside of the vehicle, standing and talking. A male passenger got out of the vehicle and went inside the store, a female passenger followed him, then the male returned to the truck, then the female returned also. This back and forth behavior went on for another 5 minutes, doors on truck open, people outside talking as if they were in a parking lot. By this time the drive thru was full of vehicles waiting on their orders. I got out of the line, drove to a parking space, walked into store, and was met inside the building by the lady in charge, who said Oh you got out of line.??? I said, Yes, I had to, this guy in the truck is PARKED!!! I would like to know WHY the truck was not directed to proceed to the parking spaces on the lot designated for customers to wait on their orders. This slowness and disorganization has happened twice to me, a regular customer, in one week!! The last incidence involved loud yelling back and forth inside the store to each other, and the lady taking money, was running back and forth from the order window to the pickup window. No other employees were seen inside the store except this one. Please, manager or owner, do whatever is necessary to work on your service for the sake of your loyal customers.
