They are incredibly slow around and after midnight. The food has been wrong lately and the manager ( I am guessing) is rude when you try to get your order corrected and no compensation for the long wait. It took over fifteen minutes for a hamburger Happy meal and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich on both were made wrong, and then argued that if you get a yogurt with a kids meal the drink cost extra. It has become awful. Not nearly as much confusion and mistakes on the busier day and evening shift.

I went here about 3 weeks ago and ordered 3 cheeseburgers and two medium fries 2 of the three cheeseburgers me and my bf couldn't eat because they had hair in them. only one was fine but after seeing the hair on the others I didn't want it. I'm pregnant though and we had been driving for a few hours so I was starving and I ate it all that was edible was that burger and the French fries. Just commenting to try to help others . Never eating there again but for anybody who does always MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING IT AND BE CAREFUL . There was literally like 3 hairs in both burgers. Ewwwww

The best McDonald's experience I have had in awhile. Ordered for 4 people on our way through. Ordered at the drive thru. Order was perfect, despite them being crazy busy, food was super hot, and all properly wrapped. (something I didn't even know was possible since my local McDs never does it. )

I want to add to this review about the manager Stacy, she is the best manager ever! She took time & patience to teach me how to use Mobile Pay and Order. She actually stoped what she was doing to help teach me. And if I run into a problem with it she always comes to the rescue! I credit her employee Kenajahia’s eagerness to help me as a result of Stay’s great training. There is a young lady named KENAJHIA who works taking orders, she always has a smile on her face to greet you. She is the only McDonald's employee to go out of her way to help me. I go almost every day to get a large Carmel Frappe and they told her the machine was down, she apologized and I said OK thank you and headed for my car, I was just about to open my door and heard someone calling me, it was KENAJHIA and she told me they just fixed the Frappe machine and I could come back in and get one. To me she went beyond her responsibilities as an employee. I have never had any other employee do this. She deserves a promotion. And teach the new employees how to treat repeating customers. I wish I had taken her photo to post so everyone would be able to see her. Thank you for your kindness KENAJHIA Linda Friend

Always busy but not their fault. It's like the only place to grab something quick in Marion and it's right in the middle of town connected to a Shell.
