I give 4 stars because my food was amazing. But service was horrible! She never came back to the table for refill, napkins, nor to ask how the food was. Although she went to the table in front of us multiple times. I will be back because the cook did amazing. But I will not let her wait on me ever again.

My husband and I haven't been to your restaurant in 4 years simply because our first and last experience was so bad it took for ever to get waited on so after 29 minutes we left. Fast forward to a few weeks ago the waitress Madison was Awesome she made our experience good. She was Awesome

Well, we were seated and ordered our food. BATHROOMS WERE dirty and smelled like urine. We ordered the same dish but they arrived different. 3 shrimp vs 5 shrimp, sauce vs no sauce. Mushrooms vs no mushrooms. We had no silverware. Asked a staff member for silverware and he decided to stand and talk to other staff members. We eventually left without eating. They obviously do not care at all.

Traveling through the area and was looking for a decent place to eat. We chose a chain a we had not heard any first hand reviews of other places. We walked in to this Applebee’s to see trash and food on the floor near the front door. Once seated we noticed that the entire restaurant had food littered across the floor even though it was a little slow. We left without ordering as we could only imagine what the kitchen looked like considering the public area’s lack of cleanliness.

Came out of state to celebrate my best friends birthday. She chose this vicinity to eat. The young lady that was seating us was the only well mannered person there. From my perspective, the employees could use some customer service training and in mannerisms. I've been here for 2 days and this was the 2nd place we received horrible service in the same day. I would like to leave this wonderful state knowing that there are still good people out there.
