If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order online. They said it would be a 90 minute wait. I could deal with that.... 90 minutes later we called them. They said we were next in line for them to call to let us know they were out of Pizza.... It takes 90 minutes to make a phone call?.... Never again.

We ordered two medium pizzas online. It said it would be between 20 to 30 min. An hour later we called and the manager said that the guy knocked and no one answered. I'm sitting within 2 feet of the front door. Plus our dog barks if someone walks up on the front porch. He said " im not gonna choice whos right or wrong ". Then the manager tells me that "I will not charge you for it, but you have to come pick it up". I said I don't mind paying we just want a hot pizza. After back and forth and on hold for 9 min on the third phone call. We received our pizza almost 2 HOURS LATER!! Kenny was the manager.

I put in an order for carryout. 20-30 minutes was the estimated time for the pizza. I arrived 25 minutes later and the monitor showed 20 minutes until my pizza was ready. I understand things happen, but this is not the 1st time for this location. I will be giving my business to dominos from now on.

We tried to give this location another shot and our order showed up ALL wrong. We ordered two medium pizzas-one with pepperoni and spinach and the other chicken bacon we received chicken bacon spinach and a pepperoni pizza literally missing cheese on 2 of the pieces... We ordered pizza and wings from here. Order was ready within 20 minutes. When I arrived the woman in front of me did not have her apple pies, the cashier was very rude to her and said that they ran out and that they tried to call unapologetically. The customer politely said she did not have a missed call, etc. but the cashier was insistent and rude, saying "yes we did, it says it right here csc# that's what that means" We then went to the counter picked up our pizza, paid and left. We got home, we live in North Little Rock, not just a quick trip. When we opened our box our pizza was missing our toppings that we had ordered and the cheese was CAKED on and not melted at all. I called pizza hut and spoke to the manager, I stated that our pizza didn't have the toppings we ordered, he said again "the cashier says she called you" that's it like it was a matter of fact. WHICH is what she told the woman in front of me. There was only 18 minutes from the moment we placed our order online to the moment we picked up our order, in that time there was no phone call received to notify us. They also did not mention to us when we showed up to pick up our order that they were out of ingredients. ALL IN ALL very unprofessional, terrible pizza. We will not be going there.

Pizza hut has not been good for quite sometime now. We keep going back hoping to get a good pizza, but have not got one yet.
