Chicken as usual was great. Service was good. Everyone had a really good attitude. The only problem and it seems to be at all Popeyes is they always run out of chicken and you have to wait 10 minutes or more for it to cook. Not really fast food I guess. But usually worth the wait.

Not impressed. 1) No indicator of not taking AM Ex as a form of payment, when its standard at all others. 2) Was told upon ordering that for mild, they only had breast and wings (I wanted dark), but my reply was "that's fine". I ordered, and and then she says, it will take 15 min to cook. What? I'm exhausted and hungry, so I just proceeded, because I'm just not in the mood to discuss ....just give me facts so I can make decisions. We wait in line for just over 5 min, get to the window to pay, and that's when I'm told, no AmEx. I pay with cash, and she returns to tell me that they just dropped my chicken. So it wasn't already cooking while I was waiting in line. Just bad management on time efficiency. I can't imagine what lunch rush brings them, as its 10pm, and with only 3 cars. I won't be visiting this location again.

This new Popeyes started like all of them; slowly declining, slow service with employees that cared more about laughing with each other than the customer at the window. But new management changed it all. They are quick, respectful and today I was handed a free dessert for waiting (and it was half the usual wait time). I’m very impressed by how they’ve turned it around.

Popeyes is always the best food. Popeyes always has your food ready before you even leave the counter after paying and that is extremely fast.

Drive thru continues to be a nightmare, the slowest service in the history of fast food. And the food was cold and soggy as well.
