So very disappointed , I have gone to this TS for many years, sometimes a couple times a week. I order the same thing every time, today I placed my order and the guy (I have never seen there before) told me the price and it was more then it has ever been. When I pulled up to the window I asked him about that, he stated, that was the cost. I advised I have never paid that high of a price, and asked him to ask the lady in the back, she has taken my order many, many times. He stated, " Oh the old lady in the back, that is the owners mother, she has been ringing it up wrong." WOW... I adv. that the owner rang up that price to. He was very rude about it. I advised I would talk with the owner and he said, "fine." Never have I ever.. when I found chunks of plastic in my drink, I decided to give them a second chance. Well now I am done. The price was already much higher then the other TS and I was ok with that. I am not going to be treated like that by anyone.

Bre Anderson is a great worker and is always a pleasure to see when coming to this establishment. Her coustumer service is splendid and she’s also a cutie

They don't honor the other tropical smoothies deals of add a smoothie to any meal and save. Any meal of the day is more than $12 and you have to wait half an hour. Staff are hardly friendly- we take our business to Rodney Parham.

Horrible! I recently went and got a kiwi quencher and I would have been better off going to Walmart and buying a lime for like 50 cents and sucking on that. I would have at least saved some money, but that’s how bitter my smoothie was! If I had time I would have took it back and got a refund. I literally got home and had to add sugar to it to make it drinkable. Not to mention I paid almost 10 dollars for a little small smoothie for my 2 yr old and a regular sized smoothie for myself. Service is so slow, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if you are in the drive thru and there are a couple of cars ahead of you. I don’t know how Tropical Smoothie is on Rodney Parham but next time if and I mean IF I’m willing to spend and arm and a leg for a smoothie and flatbread that’s where I will be going.

Service is sooo slow and not professional. Worst tropical smoothie I've been to.
