We got there 20 minutes before closing, without knowing it. The man at the counter still graciously served us and was extremely friendly and the sandwiches were their usual awesome. We love Subway.

On April 16, Easter Sunday, I ordered a sandwich from this store on the Web. My credit card was charged. When I arrived at the store, well before the closing time that was displayed on the Web and posted at the store, it was closed. There was nothing to indicate that the hours that day were different from the usual one, e.g., a sign saying it would be closed like I customarily see posted at businesses that are closing for holidays. I called the store the following day. I asked that my credit card be credited. The man who answered said I needed to go online on the Subway site to request that. I told him that it was inexcusable that they let it say on the Subway Web site that they were open when they were not and didn't even post a sign at the store. He finally grudgingly apologized, but didn't offer anything more. I used Subway's online form to request that they credit my credit card. After a few days, having had no response and no credit, I disputed the charge and received a credit. I wonder if anyone even reads those messages. Let me say that there is nothing at all wrong with closing for Easter, as long as you don't tell people you're open and accept orders. In addition, if you are so careless as to do that inadvertently, you should offer some token to the customer, like a gift card for five or ten dollars, just to show you care. They didn't do that; you can draw your own conclusions about how much they care. I'll certainly never darken the door of this store again.
