This Subway restaurant is friendly and clean and nice. I enjoy bringing my family here. The selection of sandwiches and small pizzas are extensive and all are delicious. If you live, work, or even drive through Waldron; this Subway is worth stopping at for a bite!

The manager is good but if she's not there I would suggest going somewhere else. The service is slow and if it's sandwich or pizza the food is just thrown on, sometime you get a little of this and sometimes you won't (no bacon) on the pizza.

We were just passing through town to go to Hot Springs and stopped for a quick lunch. The place was clean. The food was good. They even had a little vase of flowers on every table.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. The owners need to be reprimanded. Yesterday, my grandmother & I chose to eat lunch at this location. She lives 2 hours away and was working in town. I live in Mansfield so to keep her from driving even farther, I met her in Waldron after she got off work. We had just gotten a text on our phones saying we could get 4 footlongs for $20, so we could take one to our husbands. We showed the coupon to Jana, the OWNER of the franchise, and she told the other employee working, "Why didn't they just go to Mansfield?" (that is the town I live in 30 minutes away & they both knew this as the other employee is my best friend.) Jana, the owner, then proceeded to tell the other employee that they could just "not honor the coupon" which would have been fine, it would have been maybe an extra $5. Big deal, huh? Anyway, I told the other employee that if she didn't lose her attitude that I would be calling corporate. The owner then yelled at her husband, to get on the line because she was "tired of looking at me." I posted about my experience on Facebook and they responded but have since deleted their reply & have blocked me from making a review. I have screenshots of their reply. Jana's sister, who is a co-owner, called me last night after this happened and basically, told me that Jana is her sister, she has a business to run, and she was just having a "bad day" Jana & her sister own the Waldron location & both Mena locations. At this point, I couldn't care less if the Waldron location shut down. After Jana's attitude toward me & my grandmother, it should be shut down. Side note: the other employee happens to be my best friend who I have absolutely no problems with, she's basically my sister. After we left, Jana made my best friend text me saying that we weren't allowed back in that store or we would be thrown out.
