Ordered the pulled pork plate. Food was hard and distasteful. I sent it back and didn't want anything else, seeing as it felt like I just ate a rock. They left it on my ticket. When asking for the manager, she tells me that I'm wrong and she's eating right now and everything's fine, that it was because it's not cooked how I like. 1. I do not anticipate for ANY restaurant to cook things how I cook things. Given that, I was not anticipating for my food to be rock hard and dull. 2. The manager proceeded to get in my face and clap her hands at me-which I calmly dismissed as ignorance. She said that no restaurants that she knows of she takes it off the ticket. I've been to plenty and WORKED at plenty that do. She, also, proceeded to ask if I had a beverage and or an appetizer, yes. I did, which I consumed so I will pay for. However, I'm not paying for something I took 2 bites out of and sent back. She then decided to throw a fit and just be a down right hateful lady. It was a big fiasco to remove a plate of rocks to my ticket. I loved going to Yesterday's, but after this experience, I've wrote them off.

Went to yesterdays my philly was extremely and over cooked. The burger ordered by my coworker was burnt aswell as the buns. My other coworker had to smother his country fried steak in sauce to be able to eat it. Customer service was average

It had been a year or so since we had gone there because the last time it wasn’t very good. We were reminded again why it had been a while since we had gone there. The customer service was great. Cheese dip was barely warm and kind of runny. Had to send the salad back because the lettuce was brown and rubbery. Second salad was a little better. I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and it was very oily. She brought me an extra cup of sauce because they barely put any on my pasta. The pasta was very blah. The breadstick was kind of hard. My husband ordered a Blue Bonnet Pizza and it wasn’t anything near what we remember the Blue Bonnet Pizza being. He said he could of bought a store bought pizza and had just about the same thing. I wished I would of read the previous reviews before going.

Steak was cool in the middle and almost raw. Asked for medium rare and came out rare. The rest was great.
