I am pretty adverse about eating out at restaurants usually with my family because we are completely dairy free and not many places can accommodate the stress I have to put on this, my son has Galactosemia and therefore cannot intake any kind of dairy product or byproduct for fear of illness. My friend talked me into trying out Buffalo Wild Wings and I’m glad that she did! Our server Ray was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help us navigate through the menu on what would be possible for us and what they could tweak to make sure that we had the best dining experience that we could. I am happy to say that we will be returning and I’ve told many people of the wonderful service that we were given.!! 5 stars for sure!

3 weeks ago I came home to see my family on vacation and after much persuasion my friend Ray convinced me to come give your store another chance. This place use to be horrendous and I couldn't ever stand the thought of walking in, but to my surprise the store was incredibly clean and the staff all smiled and were genuinely interested in how I was. I took my place at the bar and had an incredible buffalo zoo and was still hesitant to order food but I ordered the smothered steak quesadilla because Ray said it was great....and WOW to the cooks I must say that was incredible. The entire bar never stopped laughing but in the years I've known ray that is just the type of atmosphere he brings to any environment. Great job to all staff and management and I can not wait to return!

My husband and I had a very bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings about a year ago and said we would never ago back. Drinks were bad and the service was terrible. Ray Frazier talked us to coming back and trying it again. (so we tried it again) We were In on May 5 2018 and Ray Frazier drinks and service was amazing. The wings, cheese curds, and steak sandwich. My husband had 2 apple beers, and a vodka tonic. I had i margarita, and a long island tea. We will be going back real soon. Thanks again BWW,and Raymond Frazier.

At first this place was a big let down in all aspects however, i decided to give this place another shot. My friend ray told me he was turning it around and to come in and see it first hand. People who didnt uphold professional, friendly, quality service were let go. The quality of food and drinks were being improved so i came and sat at the bar. Ray made a drink combo of wine and margarita that didnt seem it would go well. Except it was freaking delicious! Ray was friendly, fun, and professional to all his customers. Along with the waitresses. All in all from what i saw big improvements were made and ill be back for the food!

As usual, come here about once every 2 months or so. Good service, great food, nice to watch sporting events. Good time with family.
