I was driving through on work and stopped by this McDonald's on my way to a meeting. I thought it was extremely clean with pleasant staff. I went to use the restroom and get some coffee. I was so impressed with the cleanliness that I made it a point to stop by on my return trip as a restroom and coffee stop again. Yes, they have computers to take your order but the staff is available to assist. I thought everyone was friendly!

I will never go to that one again. Only the one service lady was nice the rest were very rude! It was our first time using the self order machine and they acted like we should of known what to do. Even though we ordered our food the way we wanted, we did not get it that way and we had to go back three times to get our orders as they kept forgetting stuff. They acted like we were bothering them for coming in. The one who I guess was a manager or in charge was on her phone while working. She told is we did not order a few items and it showed it on the receipt. Of this is how they are going to have people work they are going to go out of business quickly. I gave it one star because it doesn't accept zero.

I had a good time there. They are doing a good job. They have been short handed lately.

Avoid at all cost. Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ate at. Its bad when a grocery store makes a better burger. I can't see how a McDonalds in Little Rock or Memphis can run smoothly and this McDonalds in a town of 7700 can't handle "no cheese". It won't let me give them no stars...
