Lindsey's Hospitality is a local, family owned African American barbecue restaurant and caterer that has been producing barbeque since 1956. The owners, Donnie & Eleanor Lindsey, talked to us for quite awhile. Donnie's father (and the restaurant founder) still comes in at age 94 to make the barbeque sauce. The restaurant has "hospitality" in the name because it does a busy catering business, but they also have ample seating in the restaurant. Customers order at the counter before being seated. The host (and owner) was welcoming and offered friendly advise to help us make our selections from the menu board. We had the catfish plate and the chopped pork plate. Each dinner comes with a choice of sides, and we chose sweet potato, coleslaw and baked beans. The breaded catfish was seasoned nicely, and the sauce on the chopped pork had just the right amount of tangy sweetness. This restaurant in North Little Rock is just a short drive across the river from Little Rock, and worth the trip. We will be back on our next trip through the area.

"The Best" place in North Little Rock to have lunch or dinner......or both....in one day..... TWICE! Staff is fantastic, food is a SOLID 5-Star, and the hospitality is First Class! Portions are generous, hot to the table, and delicious in every bite. Well worth the (4) State trip to get here!

Was looking for good soul food and found it here. An intimate little diner. polite nice service made me feel like fam. The lemonade was so good I almost got out my car to go back in to get more. I ordered yams, pulled beef and greens delicious. Not too heavy or overwhelming,Prices are good. Will be back. ❤❤❤

Polite, friendly service. Good food. Not my favorite barbecue sauce, but I can get it on the side with what I tend to order (the smoked chicken plate), and it's not bad either. Have visited a couple of times and not left unhappy or hungry.
