I enjoy most experiences at this location. The food is always fresh and hot. Rarely is it so crowded where the wait is long. I happily keep going back

I use to eat there because it was the only Chick fil a near, They always have young kids working and their friends come into the mall to visit, so customers wait🤔 they don't work as a team, if one is on grill and has nothing to do, they will not help the front if they get behind, food is never hot, fries awful, staff never smiles, they can't wait to get you through, interrupt when ordering, order never right. I have asked to speak to mgr, and never comes out. We eat Chinese or Charley's when we go to the Mall now or wait and go to Chick filet a down the road .This type of service has been the same since they opened .

I honestly don't know how Chick-fil-A does it but every time I go there there is like a million people there and you are in and out in just a few minutes. It doesn't matter if you go to the drive-through or if you go inside. i have never had a problem with customer service at any of these Chick-fil-A restaurants. If you were to go to McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant and they had that many people you would be waiting an hour and you would have to deal with some very rude customer service. Thank you Chick-fil-A for all your wonderful service!!

It’s always good. It’s just a given that Chick-fil-A is good.

They messed up my order but the district manager got a hold of me and made it right. It's not how well they do the first time it's how they recover from their mistakes which everyone makes. And their recovery was fast and completely accountable.
