Worst experience!! We waited forever! Almost our entire 2 hr lunch was spent waiting for our food &, when our group of 6 was finally served, ALL our food was brought out cold. The waitress was irritated that one in our group sent back her grilled cheese because the slice of cheese was slapped onto the bread & not even heated, let alone melted, nor "grilled." Drinks weren't kept filled & it took all of us to flag someone down for anything needed, including silverware. The tip was figured into our bill automatically & definitely wasn't earned. When something was said about our horrible experience, nothing was done to make any of it right. Later, another in our group discovered she was charged twice. None of us will ever go back & we definitely won't suggest it to anyone else.
