Arby's was great my husband Clint and I ate there quite a bit when he was in the hospital. Seemed as tho Arby's is what he craved. The service is nice the building was clean. But once they got my order wrong and didnt wanna refund it. But did eventually. It took almost 7 to 10 business days for my money to be refunded back on my debit card. That was crazy

Staff was pleasant but made comments about how large our family was. Made a $70 order and was missing 3 fries and a kids meal. Food was ok. Restaurant was a wreck

I enjoy going here although it is a little out of my price range. Staff are generallyvery pleasent.

My husband spent 45 minutes in the drive through. I understand that it was late and they just want to close but they still had 30 minutes before closing time. Not a way to run a business.

Good employee effort. I think manager name is Angela who is friendly but takes care of business. One issue that stands out that the restaurant floor seems to have a bit of slick feeling to it. My wife cannot withstand a fall so visiting the restaurant extra caution needed. Also, that area of Pine Bluff is getting ever increasingly criminal activity which makes the choice less appealing to visit.
