Can we minus stars!!?? This place SUCKED to no end!! One of the waitresses was telling a customer at the table behind us about her man trying to shoot her and the curse words were thrown in there also! I couldn’t hear our waiter because she was talking so loud. I ordered the lunch soup sandwich and nachos, the soup was cold and the bowl was about 1/4 full when he brought it. Never did get my chips and salsa. My husband ordered the hamburger and fries, they brought out his burger, ate the burger, waiter said fries were still cooking. After paying $30 for the most horrible meal and experience we have ever had, we left with still no fries!!! Do not eat there!!!!!!!

Today I give them a 4. Corporate was there and working with them in the kitchen. Food was MUCH better. Service was great. Do wish Chili’s would quit using paper on the dish when food is served though!!

Horrible customer service, had to seat myself. After other customers were greeted, seated, and offered a menu, I inquired why I had no menu and overheard the greeter loudly and disrespectfully deny how long I actually waited. Worst Chilli's ever

Management = non-existent. Currently going on hour two of visit and one member of our party hasn’t received their meal (everyone has been done for at least 15 minutes) Under staffed means under prepared, seems I’m not the first to voice my complaint. Find somewhere else to eat unless you really like spending 2+ hours watching murder documentaries and info-mercials on local broadcast. Seems like they only care about alcohol sales as the bar area is well tended to

Good food, of course, if you like Chili's fare. The staff was great, but shorthanded. Not the server's fault. Management needs to assure that they have enough staff to handle the customer load!
