HORRIBLE tacobell, horrible service, and old food. They can give out old hard rice to customers but they refuse to give more than 1 sauce per item . I hightly suggest going to a different tacobell .

Waited 20 minutes for an order and they lost the order of the person in front of me (They waited over 40 minutes for their order in total). When I got my order, I was given a bowl instead of the burrito I ordered. Then I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to correct it. I also had asked for it to be fresco (pico instead cheese and sour cream). It wasn’t. It also was supposed to come with chicken inside, but had refried beans instead.
