I am seriously thinking that these 4 and 5 star ratings are fake because from what I experienced this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! Not exaggerating!! Went with my coworkers the waitress clearly didn’t want to be there. I understand they were short staffed but I work in retail as well but customer service is always the key!!! The waitress also got an attitude with me her exact words “I’m stressed I don’t want to be here and at this point I don’t care.” And this was after a 2 and a half hour wait and our whole table didn’t even receive their meal!! Maybe they are under new management but that is unacceptable PERIOD!!! For a better experience go to Havana Tropical Grill!!! They know customer service!! There manager takes charge initially and never had to throw their employee under the bus after hearing bad reviews.

Blue hawaiins were very delicious! I also got the Aloha Sliders. Very very yummy. Small menu but every thing we got was great. Good portions and great staff.

Anytime that I have gone to Hapa's the service has always been great! I love that they make you feel like family when you walk through the door. Hands down my favorite dish is the chicken tacos! I highly recommend it :)

Absolutely amazing experience! From the live music to the wonderful staff I can help but always feel welcome and like family when I come in. The food is wonderful and always excited to go back for more. This will remain one of my top choices in NWA.

So glad we have this corner of the world in Rogers AR. Having visited the lovely state of Hawaii, I love having an authentic taste of the islands here at home. Food is great, service is great, and food is healthy! Love it!
