The food was obviously cooked when we ordered it. Came out very hot, and it was good. The restaurant itself was not good. It was really hot and stuffy. There was literally a bucket tied to the ceiling tile framework to catch a leak. That place should be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up.

Drive-thru broken. Pulled around to the window. No response. Went inside. Ann (manager) took my order, although it seemed to be a bother for her. The place was dirty & empty. Staff rude & dirty looking. I won't come back again.

I've been craving "Long John Silver" for about three weeks. I drove from Bella Vista to Rogers to fulfill that craving. I pulled in the parking lot and it was empty. Didn't think much of it. I walk up to the entrance and hung on the door was a crudely written note that stated "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" they are for customers only. I walked in, and the dining room was empty. I walked to the counter and started reading the menu. As soon as I walked in the door, a buzzer started going off to let someone know a customer had walked in. I stood at the counter, and no one came to assist. I looked around and noticed the condition of the dining area. Every booth had torn seats with duct tape on them and even the tape had been torn. Not only did the place look filthy, the smell of bad fish hit me in the face as soon as I walked in. I ended up leaving without anyone even taking notice of me. The smell and lack of cleanliness should be looked at hard by upper management or the health department.

Rogers LJS is rediculus. Drive through us out if order since forever. I was tapping on the window with a hard hat trying to get attention. I go in to see floor tiles loose or missing, booth seats held together with duct tape (BTW was gross and sticky filthy) I place my order and pay as the cook, holding up 2 pieces of fish announces there's no more fish. Paper signs hanging on every place that would hold another sign. No okra till Monday. I ask for my money back and got the heck out of there... No star rating. One star because it must have at least one evidently.

Unlike the newer long johns that are a combo store, this is an old school stand alone store that looks as old as as it is. The place is in desperate need of repairs. Personally,I think the food is better than the newer ones. Food is always extremely greasy and on some days overly salty. Wait times for food is as expected and employee attitudes very. Although I've never had a bad employee experience, people can always be more.....but then again you can say that bout any business.
