I like the pizza and love the prices but the service is really poor and can not order online so I've called in 2 orders and picked up 1 hot and ready but the 2 I called in I was told 10 minutes on one 20 minute on other then when I show up at the appropriate time to claim my pizza a lady in back I heard say OH No I forgot about that one, the other a guy said he rembered it coming out of the oven but could not find it?? ? Call me a gluten for punishment because I'm fixed to call in another order but I do like the pizza and the price if they could just fix the service issues

Ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas they tried charging me almost $20 When I told them the pizza is only $5 the man seemed bothered I only wanted the classic pizza saying it didn't have nearly the amount of cheese and pepperoni. I had to wait a few min since they were out of the hot and ready not a big deal, my kids decided they had to potty so I took them inside and waiting about 4 min at the counter no one came to help (the restaurant was empty) I called hello and about 2 min later someone answered (during this time 2 of my 3 kids were doing the potty dance and were mentioning how bad they had to go so I'm sure they they knew someone was waiting), I asked for the bathroom key and the girl says "not unless you buy something" I understand they have a policy but that's not 1. How you talk to a customer and 2. My kids are about to pee there pants. Not impressed with the employees. Hopefully they also learn how to roll the dough so half the pizza isn't hard and thin

Got off work and wanted pizza. “Stop serving deep dish at 2” cool. Italian cheese bread. We don’t have that either. Why on God’s green earth would you not have so many things.

My family and I went through to get a couple hot 'n' ready pizzas the other day. For the second or third time now, they "didn't have any pepperoni ready, but we have some of the extra pepperoni ready." Mind you, these cost more, and nevermind the fact that we went at the beginning of what would be the dinner rush. I understand upselling, but as a company that started making it's comeback due to the hot 'n' ready pizzas, I would think you would try to keep them READY. We ended up waiting 12 minutes for our ready pizzas. And needless to say, corporate doesn't like to return calls either 😂

The food here is great. The pizza sauce might be a little spicy for some. Great service.
