I personally love IHop. It was my go to breakfast spot. The first two or three times I went, it was amazing. It didn't take very long to be seated, the servers were quick and nice, and the food was served hot and promptly. The past three times have not been this good. It has taken over an hour to bring lukewarm food out. This past time, I waited an hour for two pancakes that weren't even right. The waiter asked if I had gotten them yet. How could you not know? Who else is serving me? My boyfriend had to ask for utensil rolls twice because the forks were filthy. When I asked for a different fruit topping, my waitress didn't even check. She straight out said no then was corrected by another waitress that they did in fact have it. I'm kind of upset that I'll have to find a new breakfast joint.

Poor management. Were told that we would have to wait 10 min. For a party of 2 to be seated , it took 25 min. Even though half of the restaurant was empty. When were seated, we received our drinks promptly. Placed our order. Then waited for 30 min, as we watched people that came in after us eat and leave. We never received our order .

Service was horrible. Tables are ready but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Then got seated at a half cleaned table. Took forever almost a 45 minutes wait on cold food. Overall will never come back to this place. Server was nice but that's about it

It took forever for someone to come and take our name down for a table. While we waited to be seated we observed that every Togo order was wrong and had to be corrected. Once we were seated and gave our drink order the waitress neglected to tell us they were out of certain things so my ice coffee was basically a glass of milk. But was charged for the more expensive drink of course. We sat at the table for over an hour waiting for our food. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks or let us know that our food would be out soon.
