Went there tonight for the very first time. We got seated promptly, and our drinks and food order were taken shortly afterwards. Food come out at a reasonable time, and it was hot. It was good, but not over the top. The downsize is the service could use a lot of work. We never got complimentary chips and salsa before the dinner, then when our food came out, the young American waitress pretty much threw it on the table and left without asking if we needed anything. During our meal, not one person working there bothered to come by the table and ask how everything was, if our drinks needed refilled, etc. I finally had to flag someone down to get our check. I think it could be a nice place if they work on customer service and don't cut corners on the food.

The only reason this place gets such high ratings is because it is one of the few places in town that serves alcohol. The food is decent-- if you can ever get some one to take your odd and if it arrives while it's still hot. The service is slow, slow slow!!

Would give less if possible. Found hair in food one time, the next time I found meat in my (vegetarian) meal. Another time I was overcharged. Another time the shrimp tasted absolutely horrible. And the latest visit they refused to give me chips and salsa with my to go order. They started it was because I had an all a cart item, my order was around $12. This is ridiculous, I have never had any other place not provide chips and salsa with my to go order, no matter what I've ordered. I would give less stars if possible. I have tried to give this place plenty of chances the past couple years, will never go again.

The food is good, hot, and reasonably priced. The staff is nice and polite. Great overall experience!

We had different chicken plates. The cilantro rice was delicious as it was. The chicken breasts were grilled to perfection. Mine was on grilled pineapple. Wow... What an excellent mix. Hers had a mushroom and pine nut sauce that complimented the pablanno sauce. This is our second visit and it was even better than the first.
