No ketchup in the dispenser. Only Sprite and MelloYellow ...Truck won't be in til Monday. Long wait for food. When your order is ready, the girl will not scream, but softly say..Frisco No onion..or whatever your order is, she'll say it one time...low...and if you don't come pickup your order she'll take back over by the bin and keep it moving. The cashier, a young guy, was pretty humble for the most part. If it wasn't for him, I'd say close the place down. Mgr no where to be found. Line is 10 deep. 2 people in the kitchen. One is confused. The other one super slow. I don't even want a refund. Keep the food and the money. Bye

30 minutes for a monster burger and hash browns, no coffee even made at 0600. Completely disorganized like a fart in a whirlwind. Complaining of fatigue . If making a sandwich is causing y'all such a challenge, you aren't ready for life!

THE CASHIER WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! Sewanna was my cashier. There was an elderly man ahead of me. He asked for a chocolate shake. Sewanna replied stating that the shake machine was down. The elderly man (just confirming) repeated, "so there are no shakes?" Sewanna replied "that's what I said!" The elderly man looked up (possibly looking to order something else) and Sewanna looked around him and said "Next!" Not giving the man a chance to decide on something else. The man simply pushed his money back into his wallet and walked away. There was another customer before me. The man walked up and ordered his food. Once it was time to pay Sewanna walked off to the back monitors while his payment was processing. Then she turned around and shouted that his card had been declined. The man replied stating that he mistakenly put in the wrong pin and asked to try it again. The man walked off with a look of embarrassment. By this time I was debating if I was going to walk out and leave but my husband and I were just passing through and did not want to stop again for food. I waited to place my order and asked for a receipt when I was done. She mumbled something I was unsure of so I asked her to repeat and she loudly stated that my receipt would be with my food. I stood aside waiting for my food. Once I was served I went through my bag looking for the receipt. I even checked all sides to see if the receipt was attached to the bag. I found no receipt so I asked Sewanna if she would give me my receipt. She walked to the back monitors and grabbed several receipts (2 that weren't mine). I had my hand out to receive them and she slapped them on the counter, turned around and walked away. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service in my life. I will never return to this place ever again. I was so upset that my husband had to calm me down before leaving the parking lot. I have worked in customer service for 12 years and I would never treat anyone like that. I understand that work can be stressful but there is no reason to treat others that way. If you do not like your job, find a new one but being disrespectful should not be tolerated. She was the face of that company and I don't ever want to deal with them again!!!!

The service is great. The food was fresh and hot. If you plan on going to this location please a lot at least 30 minutes to wait for your food.

These people are terrible, night or daytime. Staff's mama hollering at the manager. 30+ minute wait. The zombies flopping patties in the back echo the whole of this establishment. Just eat at Subway (it's a good one).
