Food is good. But I actually got so tired of waiting on the waitress I started timing when I saw her. 5 to 7 minute intervals before getting a simple sighting and/or refill. The place was not that busy, and I only saw her wait on one other table behind us. Every other time she was in the back somewhere. It's not just her, but every time I go there now. Service used to be good. Don't waste your time, unless you want to waste time.

We come here a lot and alway enjoy the food! I normally always get the jambalaya, it is SO GOOD! Some say it’s spicy but I like it and it fills me up! As you can see by the picture I changed it up this time and was not disappointed, the cream sauce over this chicken had a lemon flavor that was exactly what I was in the mood for! The service is not the most friendly but the food keeps up coming back.

The service is great. The vibe is very friendly and the workers are very attentive to customers needs. My sister's birthday balloons flew into the rafters and the workers tried everything to get them down. Thankfully they did and my family and I had a wonderful time.

Will probably not be back ever. It's obvious the staff doesn't care from the kitchen all the way to the managers. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the waitress completely told us wrong information. The next night I called the manager just to let her know what went on. She did ask for my name and phone number so someone could call me back. Its been 6 days since I called and gave them my info. Shockingly no call, not even to check on my 10 year old little girl! My daughter spent the next 2 hours throwing up because she is allergic to wheat .It's a good thing we didn't go to the hospital or BJ'S would have covered that bill .Customer service sucks these days and it is very rare to have good service and for people to care. Don't waste the time here.

I wanted to try something different, so my friend and I visited BJ's. For A first experience, it was my last experience. We arrived about 5:30 and our food did not come out until 6:54. When the food came out, we were already standing at the counter waiting to speak with a manager. The waitress took forever to take our order, then when she finally took the order, it was about 20 min. before she brought my friend his salad. She loaded us up on strawberry lemonade and water, until we told her that we were there for the food, not the drinks. Patrons that came after us, received their food and were beginning to leave. The restaurant was not completely packed but after we had sat there hungry for about 25-30 minutes, the restaurant became full. We both ordered Prime Rib...BJ's pride themselves on customers having a wonderful experience and the customer coming back. and paying attention to detail... not. The way the BRAND was presented was inexcusable. I asked for Corporate Office Number, they in return gave mea card that was to the same restaurant. If I could give a negative zero rating,I WOULD! My horrible experience occurred February 25, 2018.
