I’m really disappointed at the level of service that was provided tonight. We came at 10:41 after verifying that they were open until 11pm. Went through the drive through and the prompter said they were closed. The time was 10:45. We drove up to the window and asked to speak to the manager. The guys name was Travis and he said he was the manager. He said he could sell us ice cream but that was all he would do. We went out of our way to come to Dairy Queen for them to be open when they said they were open until but instead the Manager was disrespectful and straight up lied to us by telling us it was 11:02 when it was 10:55 (by the time we pulled up after the other cars ahead of us). When I asked for corporates number and the store number the Cashier slammed the window and they both ran away from the window. Like, really?! Don’t ever go here. It’s not worth the horrible customer service! The manager needs to be fired and the Cashier that ran away with him to hide from us needs to be fired as well. Dairy Queen, you are much better than that!

Great place. Food was amazing came out very quickly but was hot and fresh. And service was so friendly. Store was very clean as well.

The service was exceptionally slow, however we were there during a very busy time. The associate was completely overwhelmed, and his boss was taking a break the whole time we were there, which was over an hour. The food arrived cold and dried out. I have had gastric surgery in the past, and I was unable to eat the burger or onion rings, even after adding more mayo and ketchup. The only thing that I was able to eat was a few bites of the chocolate sundae. My husband was adamant that I not complain to the manager, who was sitting right beside where we sat. I have no doubt that our conversation was overheard by her though, because I turned up the volume. She never said anything but was looking at us. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Our prior experience there was about the same, so we will not be returning there.
