It was a busy Saturday night (04/14). Really busy. The food was tasty and timely. I had the double bone pork chop and brussel sprouts (shredded with bacon...it's really good). Service was outstanding. The attention to detail (making sure everything went smoothly) was unmatched. The reality is this is a brand new restaurant. There are more floor managers and servers than usual, and many of them are from out of state (mainly Texas). They WANT and NEED for the beginning of this restaurant to go well. Ladies and gentlemen...they succeeded. It will be interesting to visit this place in a couple of months after the outsiders have left and the locals are running it. Hopefully, it's still the bomb.

First time to this Saltgrass, have been to many others. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was how long it took for someone to come to our table. However, Chris “Coop” Cooper asked us if we had been helped yet and even though it wasn’t his table, he took great care of us! We both had the 6oz filets medium rare and they were excellent! Ed (management) came by and apologized for the service taking to long and gave us a free dessert. Very nice people and we will be back soon!

Despite the restaurant having just recently opened, and the place being packed, we were seated quickly and provided with fast and excellent service! The bread they provide is a soft loaf of wheat, meant to be shared. The butter for the bread is slightly sweet. The garden greens salad is your typical house salad with tomatoes, cheese, croutons and dressing. The thousand island dressing wasnt quite right.. I'm used to it being just slightly sweeter, and there was an undertone of onion that I was not fond of. We had the 10 oz center cut sirloin ordered medium rare. It was perfectly seasoned with nice sear on the outside. I thought it was tough at first cutting into it, but when I actually took a bite, it was deliciously tender and juicy! My friend had the garlic mashed potatoes and i had grilled asparagus, and both sides were cooked very very well. This is a high priced steak place, and that's my only complaint. The meal I had was $20 or so, and the total bill for the two of us with no appetizer, no dessert, no fancy drinks, and a decent tip, was $69. Sadly, I won't be eating there again because of the price.

Since we have gotten here service was poor. We were told it was only going to be be half an hour wait. We decided just to sit at the bar till than. Well half an hour and were told that they still had many people ahead of us. Now onto the food just got the food and wow is it salty. I was trying to look at the good reviews but I would not recommend this place. So sad to say when they just opened but got to say the truth about our experience

Went here for the first time on a not-too-busy Friday night. The drinks we ordered took about 20 minutes and a couple check-ins to finally receive. We also ordered two medium-rare steaks that both arrived extremely rare. One of them was sent back and the new steak was just as rare, not to mention they were not very flavorful. The manager came by and apologized and offered us a complementary drink, which would’ve been nice if he remembered to actually order it! We ended up eating the rare steak because of the excessive time that it had already taken to get our meals at this point. Also it is way too expensive for the quality of food and wait time. We will not be returning.
