Very bad impression... Wanted a burrito last weekend around 9. Got up to go and made it there just before 9:15. I was good since they didn't close until 10, right? NOPE. The girl in a yellow shirt started with my tortilla. I couldn't tell she had on gloves until I took a closer look so I let them proceed despite the food station being a MESS. Splatter was everywhere - chicken in the steak, salsa in the guac, and no sour cream. I asked if they had any more sour cream in the back and the guy said no. Uuuum ok. Although I was an inch away from walking away, I made it to checkout. THE KICKER - the girl in the yellow shirt who warmed my tortilla checked me out on the cash register WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!!!!! So, how long had she been wearing the gloves? Was that a new pair when I cam and she just decided to see the transaction all the way through checkout?? NOT OK. Had it been maybe 9:58 or something when I walked in, I'd be a little more understanding; but, a whole 45 minutes of service left??? Got home to eat and found huge pieces of tough onion skin in my burrito (picture below). It could've been much worse so I was glad about that but not happy about my experience at all. I'll opt for tack bell next time (always go with your gut). I will not be returning to Moe's or at least not to this location.

I came to moes at 11:30 when they opened at 11. I wanted a burrito but ALL the food and vegetables was old. Clearly all the food was from yesterday. Lettuce was brown, beans was totally black even the pinto beans that’s suppose to be light brown where black. Meat was very dry and old. I can cut them a break if it’s later in the day and there not busy but 30 mins after they open is ridiculous. Someone ordered a nacho and they put meat on half the nacho and charged extra to put meat on the other have of the nacho. The manager was on the line making orders so I know he seen the old food so there was no reason to talk to him about it I will be calling corporate.

Always good food. Though the tables are rarely wiped down and they need more help for that...
