How is this place still open? The service was absolutely abysmal, the food was salt with a side order of food, and I pray that my food was not adulterated after asking for lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions to accompany my burger. My wifeâ€™s pretzel sticks with cheese were amazingly gross, the cheese that is. 3 months ago this place was OK, but I should have taken note that every time I come in this place itâ€™s an entirely different staff, proof that things are not being run right. I certainly will wait another 6 or 9 months before daring to try this place again. Whatâ€™s the deal, Applebeeâ€™s?

Place was near empty at 7pm on Monday. Spent 10 minutes sitting at the bar before the bartender showed himself. Sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for him to take my drink order. Took my drink order for a simple bourbon and water, just to watch him disappear again for another 10 minutes. Got tired of waiting and left. Don't appreciate being flat out ignored. Will never walk in this place again. Explains why the place was empty during "Happy Hour".

Had to wait to be seated, but server was nice, food was prompt. Don't usually go here but wanted to go out late (past 11 p.m.). Was pleasantly surprised.

General Manager Witte , Came over to Talk to us he just took over this store. I came in Easter Sunday April 01 , 2018 with my daughter and grandsons. The food was not cook right so I paid and left. I call in and reported it. Today he made it up. Really good food and clean.

Order the ribs and steak plate the 19.99 menu. Steak so damn tough couldn't chew it, just got thicker and thicker. The steak choke so tough and dry. The ribs was light pink and didn't come off the bone. I have ate there many times, but this evening was a awful experience. It definitely be a while before i come back. Definitely not satisfied. Told the manager i didn't expect nothing, just had to let them know i know Applebees food is much better. The employees too much personal time with each other. Make Applebees lije it should be, and have always been my favorite until now.
