Prompt service and greetings upon entering the store. The employees waited patiently for us to make a selection, and made our subs exactly the way we asked them to. The food was all fresh and delicious as well. We had take out, but the tables were all nicely cleaned. I am looking forward to going back!!!

The spicy Italian was not one of the better I have had. The bread was not fresh and soft but it was 30 minutes before closing. The girl who I spoke to in the window, Gracie I think is her name was terrible. She slammed the window on me, walked away and threw my sandwich on the counter because I asked her if my points had been added because the receipt didnt show such like it does at other locations. Also i asked for extra sweet onion sauce which she did not add. Not a big deal, I simple let her know she forgot. Instead of asking if id like more, she argued that she DID put it on my sandwich. The gentleman working with her tonight came over and explained to me that my points were added but won't show due to new changes. He calmly told me this after shutting her up as she was still trying to argue with me. I didnt get his name but he was very professional and knowledgeable about the app and other things and apologized for her. This location has the order touch screen that I'm used to at the Maumelle store, which is GREAT! First time here and not pleased. I have been to subway maybe a hundred times in my life and NEVER have I had an employee argue with me or slam things!! I was honestly confused about her reaction.

I went in today for lunch and all the employees were very friendly and courteous. A young man with the name tag "Jelly Fan" started making my sandwich and joked with us. He was very friendly and helpful. The lady, at the register was also very helpful, and I appreciate her. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I'm eating my sandwich as I type and I'm enjoying it!
