I went to the Arby's on McCain and ordered potato cakes. They were refried and full of nasty grease. I took them back and I'll was given more of the same. It was like they cooked them ahead of time and them reheated by frying them some more when they were ordered. The grease they were fried in was in bad need of changing so that made matters worse. When I took the second order of the potato cakes back, the woman looked at me like I was crazy, didn't even offer to replace them with something else or give me my money back. She just stood there looking at me like what do you want me to do about it. I've been a customer if Arby's all over the United States and normally love their food but I'll NEVER give them another dime of my money. I didn't get anymore potato cakes, my money back or anything else. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. To top it all off, I couldn't even call to complain to the corporate office because the woman kept my receipt and the only number I found was one to call and take a survey.

Arby's Beef & Cheddar is a weakness of mine, and this is a great Arby's! I came in at 3:30p.m., for a late lunch. It was not busy at all. I was the only customer inside the dining area for about 15 minutes. My medium sandwich was sliced up, ready with those wonderful curly fries on the side waiting for me.... and I was still putting ice in my cup! My food was fresh and hot! So good! The manager ended up sitting in my booth chatting with me as I finished eating. Only a couple of other diners came in to eat during the early hour. So workers had time to eat & talk. They were all very polite and friendly. I enjoy eating here for speed, food quality, convenience, cleanliness and great workers who always smile when you come in!!!

It's worth it so long that you have a coupon. Without a coupon it is way overpriced. Do not go through the drive-thru, dine in the food and the experience will be much better.

We came in while passing through N. Little Rock. The power had just flickered so we had an extra few minutes to decide what we wanted. We ordered and part of that was a side salad. We weren't given utensils and had to go up and ask and as they were handed over she rolled her eyes...then see photos of said salad...not sure about you but we prefer non-slimy and brown lettuce. Not a good experience.

Arby's on McCain is horrible. Food was cold, employees were lazy and slow. Worst experience ever. Will never go back.
